The Beauty Bar是一家远近闻名的美容店，几乎囊括了女性所有爱美的项目，不管是美发、美甲、按摩还是各种美容顾问等等。店里的生意蒸蒸日上，但是天有不测风云，经营沙龙店的美女老板WungYing突然重病去世，不久沙龙店便因无人经营而不得不关门。 Tao作为老板，在美丽吧意外遇到Baifern，两人迅速坠入爱河，然而，这场爱情背后却充满了阴谋与算计，究竟这场充满了美丽与阴谋的爱情将会走向何处？。这是一个爱与救赎的故事。因为一场车祸，女主人公应宁陷入了一个现实与梦境无限循环的恐怖回旋之中。一幅夫妻共同创作的绘画作品《古城69号院》，本来成为女主人公应宁和男主人公徐峰人爱情见证。但是当应宁大病初愈，徐峰带着画神秘消失。应宁痛苦万分。在闺蜜童童的帮助下，应宁摆脱困境，试图重新寻找新生活。但一次画展中，应宁意外发现自己的作品被一个陌生女子吹嘘夸赞着，画的内涵和寓意。那些恰恰是应宁的亲身经历。应宁和童童跟踪陌生女子来到了古城真实景地。应宁见到了未婚夫徐峰和陌生女子即将完婚。应宁逼迫徐峰说出了事情的原委。在应宁昏迷期间，许峰照顾应宁一年之久。一次意外的车祸，徐峰失去了生命。而第六感辐射到了应宁在梦中无数次与徐峰相见。徐峰希望应宁忘记自己，早日回到现实生活中健康生活，编造了抛弃应宁的故事。最终，应宁明白了徐峰的良苦用心。从一场真实与虚幻的交替梦幻中醒来。。Disarmingly realistic in its depiction of the realities of frontier life, Heartland is a strong antidote to the cliches of traditional Westerns. This semi-documentary slice of life is based on the diaries of Elmore Randall Stewart about her days on the Wyoming frontier in the early 20th century. It's a strongly feminist statement about a woman raising her small daughter alone and scrapping for a living by working for a shy Scottish rancher. Director Richard Pearce brings an endearing touch to a film that is helped greatly by the dazzling cinematography of Fred Murphy. Conchata Ferrell and Rip Torn star in this small film that substitutes veracity for a high-powered plot. Pearce worked as a cinematographer on Woodstock and other documentaries before making his directorial debut. Winner of the 1980 Berlin Golden Bear at the Berlin Film Festival。
