《#星际之门# Stargate》剧集系列自《星际之门：宇宙 Stargate Universe》被砍后一直停摆，不过MGM宣布他们将拍摄10集网剧《星际之门：起源 Stargate Origins》，以Catherine Langford为主角。（今年亦是《星际之门SG-1 Stargate SG-1》的第20周年） 《星际之门：起源》由Mark Ilvedson和Justin Michael Terry执笔﹑Mercedes Bryce Morgan执导，会以全新篇幅讲述Catherine Langford与星际之门之间的早期故事；年轻的Catherine在意料外的冒险中解开了星际之门的神秘面纱，并同时在黑暗力量手中拯救地球。。ホラーコミック誌「ハロウィン」「サスペリア」などに連載された永久保貴一の作品が原作。迦楼羅（かるら）神教三十八代目教主である双子の姉妹、扇翔子と舞子が、日本各地で起こる心霊事件に挑むサイキックホラーだ。1989年の劇場版『奈良怨霊絵巻』に続くアニメ化で、1990～91にかけてビデオ全6巻（LD版は全3巻）がリリースされた。 仙台で修学旅行生や旅人が次々と変死する事件が発生。修学旅行に来ていた翔子と鳴子の同級生も犠牲になってしまう。調査を開始した2人は、神社の巫女である巨椋魅冬が行う「小芥子の呪い」が、事件に関わっていることを突き止めるが……。。Misrepresented, maligned and on the verge of extinction, the great white shark is an iconic predator: the creature we love to fear.
