Instead of celebrating, events soon take a sinister turn when the friends ...。蒙嘉嘉（邓萃雯 饰）和丁香梅（叶童饰）从中学时代开始就斗个不停，比才能比美貌，结婚后蒙嘉嘉住进了屋村，生下一对儿女。而慧黠功利的香梅嫁给了做生意有道的老公住进了半山豪宅，诞下爱女。然而由于老公生意失败不得不屈就搬到屋村。两个同学相遇，关系继续保持微妙，幸好曹美娥（商天娥饰）憨厚不计较，是二人火气的缓兵之药。她们为了各自的老公和孩子不惜斗个死去活来，然而面对外人时又毫不犹豫地站成一线。例如丧妻两年的公务员高永权（姜大卫 饰），他十分看不起这群师奶平日嘴碎的嘴脸，蔑视师奶的作用，被师奶团狠狠批斗，当他回到家中面对自己的破坏王女儿时，渐渐明白师奶不好做。他的小姨小曼（唐宁 饰）自美国回来，一心一意调查好友Yoyo的死因，她把目标锁定在曾经咬定yoyo偷汉的三个师奶身上。。。
