本片为六十、七十年代红星田丰自导自演，兼为主题曲作词，乃尽情发挥才华之代表作，并由汪萍、宗华、谷峰等著名影星合演。故事描述戴天仇（宗华）自幼随师祖（田丰）习艺，矢志为父报仇；彼时其杀父仇人雷震天（谷峰）虎踞乾坤谷，创立日月帮，到处为非作歹。戴途遇女扮男装的吴小燕（汪萍），却突遭十几名日月帮人毒打。吴知是父亲率人找她回乾坤谷，遂求父允其把戴带返家中养伤；戴得以混入乾坤谷，乘机侦察日月帮的关隘设施……。柳家少主柳瀚源遇离奇车祸卧床三月，后妈韩冬梅与柳纪元为其冲喜寻妻。婚礼前，孙家 “傻丫头” 孙恩惠进门，外人不知她师从神医、厨王等身怀绝技。柳瀚源身中剧毒遭池月英耽误救援，危急时孙恩惠救其性命，后二人携手查中毒真相，终得幸福。。Weapons of Death is not the most original Polizi flick you're ever likely to see, but that's not too much of a problem since the genre tends to borrow from itself often anyway.
