After arriving on the farm, he discovers that there is more at stake than firs...。2016年10月～12月に放送されたTVアニメ『ドリフターズ』。その新作エピソードとなる第13話・第14話を収録したBlu-rayが、2017年12月23日（土）に発売されることが決まった。AbemaTVでは振り返りダイジェスト＋第13話＋αを配信。新キャラクターとなるバンゼルマシン シャイロック8世を前野智昭さんが演じることも発表された。。主要讲述了女主云若月作为现代医生，在救人的过程中不慎触电穿越到了古代，运用自身的医疗系统行医治病，并被指婚给前朝太子璃王，二人一个治病救人，一个护卫百姓，从互相嫌弃到逐渐欣赏，再到携手共进，彼此相爱与救赎的故事。。
