剧情从解放战争末期开始，解放军某部连长傅子刚和医生魏景林接到上级命令去占领、接管国军某医院，恰遇正在做手术的国军少校军医郑达志，从此开启了三家两代人近四十年的交往与友情，从敌对、到共事、再到默契，历经坎坷，悲欢离合，生死与共，紧握的手再也不会分开……。Two brothers Carmelo and Gino (Girgenti and Webber) are raised by their mob boss grandfather Salvatore Gianni (Williams). Through a series of events Salvatore is killed and the boys then go on a journey to find the killers. One of the brothers is actually the killer... How will the truth unfold?。
