在熙攘的人类世界里，很多妖精隐匿其中，他们与人类相安无事地生活着。猫妖罗小黑因为家园被破坏，开始了它的流浪之旅。这场旅途中惺惺相惜的妖精同类与和谐包容的人类伙伴相继出现，让小黑陷入了两难抉择，究竟何处才是真正的归属？。When a casino owning dog named Charlie is murdered by his rival Carface, he finds himself in Heaven basically by default since all dogs go to heaven. However, since he wants to get back at his killer, he cons his way back to the living with the warning that doing that damns him to Hell. Once back, he teams with his old partner, Itchy to prep his retaliation. He also stumbles on to an orphan girl who can talk to the animals, thus allowing him to get the inside info on the races to ensure his wins。故事講述2060年「時限法」全面生效之後，任何行為包括談戀愛都有時限，時限到必須分手。從配對成功的一刻開始，阿嵐（ Lam yiu sing 林耀聲飾）和子晴（ Hedwig Tam 談善言飾）的關係正式開始倒數。但是阿嵐並不知道，在這段愛情背後隱藏着子晴和偉（ 陳子豐 Colin Chan 飾）很多不為人知的秘密與過去，將他捲入一個又一個危險的旋渦，迫使阿嵐作出終極反擊，但代價可能是失去一切。。
