故事发生在抗战初期的上海。日军用无线电定位车破获中共地下情报网，上级派李侠（赵立新 饰）与何兰芬（焦俊艳 饰）与情报站仅存的金达（王国京 饰）、白丽遥（刘莹 饰）等秘密接头，用发假电报的方式诱内奸上钩。李侠设计击毙了日特金达，并伪造身份打进了76号魔窟，为延安方面发送了许多重要情报。日寇投降后，国民党大员接收了上海，军统上海副站长赵子歧（呂行 饰）大发横财，李侠趁机又潜伏在保密局中。后来，赵发现了李侠的共党身份，他大为惊愕。本来能成功脱身的李侠为拿到上海城防图，用妻儿性命做人质，爭取保密局上海站站长欧阳山（李梦男 饰），欧感叹党国的昏庸和腐败，终于答应与共产党合作，不料此时，赵子歧显现杀机......。Chris McCormick (Margaux Hemingway), a high fashion and cosmetics model is brutally raped by her younger sister’s music teacher, Gordon Stuart (Sarandon).
