故事讲述1946年国民党对太行山区进行残酷的经济封锁。我军高层一对一安排根据地供销社主任毛承章去敌占区经商，为根据地筹措经费，欲知毛承章命运如何，怎样完成任务。。作为动画3期的先行，以《摇曳百合：暑假时光+》为题的新作动画将分别于2015年8月和9月各放送1话，内容则是2014年11月上映的《摇曳百合：暑假时光》的后续。A pilots pregnant wife is killed by a band of thugs who break into their home. The gang is caught and sent off to prison.
