一九一三年，上海洋泾浜地区。黄包车夫董同庆因生活所迫，将女儿阿媛卖到富春院去做清官人，此时她刚满十三岁。破旧的小屋里，娘姨在为她束胸，梳妆打扮，母亲口中念念有词，求菩萨保佑女儿，而阿媛却一直在期盼着父亲的到来。当晚，小阿媛由轿夫抬进了富春院。。Ok, folks, this is my last Ishii upload. Totsugeki! Hakata gurentai is his first feature and last 8mm film. Haven't watched it yet myself, but from the looks of it, this is very much reminescent of eighties and nineties v-cinema, sort of like early Miike (only made in 1978). There is considerably more dialogue than in his earlier films, but it doesn't seem too complicated plotw...。
