大学毕业后在郑州一家大公司做白领的林晓敏，和驻藏边防军人吴大龙，作为笔友通信长达五年，两人约定在信件达到365封的时候，在西藏见面并互赠礼物。就在林晓敏坐上开往西藏的列车时，吴大龙却在前往拉萨迎接她的途中，因帮助藏民抢救火灾被高压电击伤，躺在医院中面临双臂截肢的命运。。Anna is becoming lost in the loneliness of her own world when she discovers she can visit another, a house she has drawn herself and occupied by a young disabled boy.
