《澳门奇妙游》（英语：Magical Tour of Macao）是由澳门旅游局合作并作指导，透过芒果TV拍摄及制作的一个微综艺真人秀节目。节目于2023年1月26日至2月18日期间每逢星期四及星期五18:00于芒果TV播出。作品以只能依靠维生仪器活着的少女「各务桂菜」为主角，在现实世界失去自由的她，只能在VRMMORPG「里亚德录」中四处探险。在因为仪器停止运作的意外中失去生命，没想到却转生到200年后的「里亚德录」之中。她将以高等精灵「葵娜」的身份，在新世界中旅行，尝试调查200年空白期间所发生的事件。。Visiting in England, famed American surgeon Doctor John Marlowe is decoyed to a middle European country, and discovers the operation he is to perform is on the Vosnian dictator.
