Mayans M.C. follows the life of Ezekiel “EZ” Reyes, a member of the Mayans M.C. charter on the Cali/Mexi border. EZ, his brother Angel and the rest of the Santo Padre M.C. face retaliation from other charters after a failed attempt to align under one King. Meanwhile, EZ and Angel have grown distant from their father Felipe (Edward James Olmos) after a heart wrenching betrayal.。本作曾在单行本第6卷限定版中同梱过一次OAD，这次已经是第2次动画化了。制作阵容有所改变，由《STRANGE+》的西川贵史担任监督，Softgarage协助制作。不过声优阵容与前作一样，依然是反田省太由内匠靖明出演，春风このみ由野村真悠华出演，神谷真夏由平井祥惠出演，佐佐木奈子由井之上奈奈出演，金子理央由新名彩乃出演，池端サヨ由佐藤奏美出演。。
