The movie centers around Brindsley Forde's character blue. He fronts a reggae sound system based in west London. The movie captures the trials and tribulations of young black youths in troubled London in the early eighties.。宾邵邦、凯子、王保罗、黄森等是全国选出来的跆拳道精英。安排往选手村接受集训。各人背境不同，他们年少贪玩，经常与女子游泳队互相戏弄，引起事端。他们与韩国队跆拳比赛中对垒，一心想尝试胜利的滋味，谁料都一一被打败。他们大受打击，要离开选手村。孟虎教练非常心痛，教训了他们一顿后，他们团结一致决心接受一连串艰苦训练，再与韩国队决战。经过重重困难，最后终获得胜利。。
