《北极，北极!》共分8集，分别是：一路向北、极北人家、危险温度、冰封宝藏、航道破冰、对话之地、天下留白、守望北方。以每集50分钟的篇幅，从人类对北极的发现历程、原住民现状、气候生态之变、资源矿藏之争、新航道出现、北极治理合作、北极文化，以及人类应如何与北极相处这八个方面，向中国公众全方位展示北极地区的自然风貌和发展现状，展示全球化时代人类活动与气候变化给北极带来的变化，以及这种变化反过来对人类的种种影响。。Joseph and Brenda have done what many only dream of and retired to the South of France to live out the rest of their days as if they were permanently on holiday.
