Roberto, a drummer in a rock band, keeps receiving weird phone calls and being followed by a mysterious man. One night he manages to catch up with his persecutor and tries to get him to talk but in the ensuing struggle he accidentally stabs him. He runs away, but he understands his troubles have just begun when the following day he receives an envelope with photos of him killing the man. Someone is killing all his friends and trying to frame him for the murders...。死党阿华，师爷仔及飞牛三人分别任职于会计，律师楼及警员。他们均喜欢包租婆的女儿蒙珠。一日，阿华知道会有巨额运抵公司及发现有贼人已铺好路线偷款。于是将计就计，他们预先偷走巨款，然后嫁祸给劫匪。虽然钱得手，但全是废纸，而烦恼才刚刚开始……。
